Job summary

Oracle is seeking a seasoned Power Systems Engineering leader to build and direct OCI’s global power systems engineering organization. You will serve as the senior technical authority for utility-facing and campus-level power systems, shaping long‑term strategies for AI and cloud infrastructure power delivery.

You will establish standards, lead complex modeling and validation efforts, and partner with utilities, OEMs, and internal teams to develop scalable, safe, and cost‑effective power

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in power systems engineering or large-scale infrastructure.
• Demonstrated leadership of senior engineers and high-performing technical teams.
• Deep expertise in utility interconnections, transmission, substations, protection and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead OCI's global Power Systems Engineering organization and be the senior technical authority for utility-facing and campus-level power systems.
• Develop long-term power systems engineering strategy to support AI and cloud infrastructure growth.
• Define technical requirements for transmission interfaces, substations, interconnection facilities, and campus electrical interfaces.
• Oversee modeling, testing, validation, and FOAK qualification for new power architectures and technologies.
