Job summary

Oracle is expanding its Power Systems Engineering leadership to drive global solutions for AI and cloud infrastructure. You will define strategy, build and lead a world‑class team, and create scalable architectures spanning utility supply, substations, energy storage, and grid integration.

The role emphasizes strong modeling, testing, and collaboration with Energy Contracting, Design Engineering, and Operations to ensure reliable, scalable power systems worldwide.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in power systems engineering and related fields.
• Experience leading senior power systems engineers and building high‑performing teams.
• Deep expertise in utility interconnections, transmission, substations, and protection.
• Experience with BESS, on‑site generation, microgrids, load management, or behind‑the‑meter solutions.
• Ability to influence utilities, OEMs, and internal stakeholders beyond formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead OCI’s global Power Systems Engineering organization and act as senior technical authority.
• Define long‑term power systems strategy to support AI and cloud infrastructure growth.
• Develop scalable solutions across utility supply, transmission, substations, and energy storage.
• Establish standards, modeling requirements, validation criteria, and fleet‑wide methodologies.
• Partner with Energy Contracting, Construction, and Operations on technical decisions.
