Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is seeking a highly experienced Lead Principal, Data Center & Power Sourcing to drive strategic, critical, and high-impact infrastructure programs directly supporting the EVP of Infrastructure. This is a highly visible senior individual contributor role at the center of Oracle’s data center growth strategy, focused on accelerating capacity, power, and site sourcing decisions that enable the business to meet rapidly evolving customer and product demand.

This individual will work across executive leadership, capacity planning, data center engineering, power and utilities, networking, construction, finance, legal, security, compliance, procurement, and operations to shape and execute complex sourcing strategies. The role requires exceptional judgment, executive presence, analytical depth, and the ability to turn ambiguous, fast-moving inputs into crisp recommendations, decision‑ready materials, and executable plans.

The ideal candidate is a strategic operator who can move quickly, communicate clearly with senior executives, manage sensitive and high‑stakes workstreams, and drive outcomes across multiple stakeholders without waiting for perfect information.
