Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Senior Construction Manager, Power Infrastructure, to lead the delivery of large-scale power projects enabling reliable data center operations. You will manage schedules, costs, risks, and coordination with power developers and delivery partners to translate requirements into disciplined field execution that supports growth.

Responsibilities include safety, QA/QC, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Minimum 6–10 years of experience in power infrastructure construction management for large-scale or mission-critical projects.
• Strong understanding of construction and project management fundamentals, including schedule, cost, risk, and quality control.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information to internal teams, developers, contractors, and executives.
• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills to navigate challenges and drive issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Construction Oversight & Project Review: oversee large-scale power infrastructure projects and coordinate with stakeholders to address execution issues.
• Construction Standards Implementation: enforce standardized construction management practices for safety, quality, schedule, and cost control.
• Schedule Management & Field Coordination: review schedules, coordinate sequencing with developers and contractors, and identify recovery actions for milestones.
• Cost & Change Management Support: track budgets, commitments, forecasts, and change activity to support financial discipline.
• Risk Identification & Escalation: identify risks and elevation of issues to leadership for timely mitigation.
