Job summary

The role emphasizes collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, deployment of demand signals, and contract management to optimize supply and mitigate risk across global accounts. Office-based with travel expectations.

Qualifications

• Requires a college degree or equivalent experience with more than 10 years of specific industry experience to be recognized as an industry expert.
• Strong leadership, communication and relationship management skills are essential.
• Ability to work across global accounts and complex cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, dealers and customers to enable key accounts sales & project execution objectives to be achieved.
• Develop and deploy customer forecast translation methods and demand/supply assessments strategies with Caterpillar factories and with dealers.
• Develop and deploy methods to derive accurate demand signals, RFPs, and long-term forecasts across key accounts.
• Develop and deploy project execution planning, risk management, and contract management strategies with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and deploy product pipeline strategies and governance with Caterpillar factories, dealers and customers to ensure supply reliability.
