Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Portfolio Manager for Datacenter Key Accounts in Irving, TX, with responsibility for fostering relationships across global accounts and leading project execution for data center initiatives.

The role emphasizes demand forecasting, contract management, and risk mitigation within a distributed team. The position requires extensive experience in account leadership, customer focus, and collaboration across factories, dealers, and customers to ensure successful delivery

Qualifications

• Requires a college degree or equivalent experience with >10 years of industry experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in account management and contract execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, dealers and customers to enable key accounts sales & project execution objectives.
• Develop and deploy forecast translation methods and demand/supply assessments with Caterpillar factories and dealers.
• Develop demand signals, RFIs, and long-term forecasts across key accounts.
• Develop project execution planning, risk management, and contract management strategies.
• Develop product pipeline strategies and governance with factories, dealers and customers.
• Track milestones and KPIs to measure project execution success and customer satisfaction.
