Caterpillar Inc. – Electric Power Division is seeking a Datacenter Senior Account Manager to lead a strategic global data center account, serving as the primary customer interface and steering executive relationships worldwide.

You will represent the full portfolio of Electric Power solutions, coordinate with supply chain, and drive revenue, loyalty programs, and long-term partnerships across diverse regions from Irving, TX and other U.S. locations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry experience in Electric Power & Data Center applications.
• Understanding of data center design topologies and Caterpillar Electric Power product application within the data center industry.
• Experience with Caterpillar Dealers and Customers; field/account management experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage and meet Electric Power Division (EPD) business plan for assigned accounts, including revenue, price and volume.
• Coordinate with supply chain to ensure Caterpillar supply chain serves the needs of each customer.
• Manage customer annual business review process and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Develop coverage strategy to leverage resources to maximize Caterpillar revenue and profit.
