Job summary

Amaris Consulting is seeking a Project Manager to lead initiatives from planning through testing, validation, deployment, and post go-live support.

You’ll operate inside the PMO framework, coordinating business, technical, and operational teams across locations to keep projects on track within budget and scope while upholding governance and risk management. You’ll work with business leaders, sponsors, and internal teams to plan activities, manage resources, track progress, and report performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead small- to large-scale project implementations from initiation to completion.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Develop and manage the Master Project Plan and project schedule.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, performance indicators, budget, and resource usage.
• Ensure projects follow PMO processes, governance standards, and compliance requirements.
• Organize project teams and coordinate activities across functions, sites, and regions.
• Collect and analyze project data, then report progress through dashboards and regular management updates.
• Lead project reviews and ensure that decisions, actions, risks, and dependencies are documented and followed up.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, scope changes, conflicts, and project dependencies.
• Escalate concerns when required and propose practical corrective actions.
• Support change management activities and help teams adopt new processes, tools, and ways of working.
• Provide project management support and consulting services to other functions and initiatives.
• Work with Operations, Quality, Finance, IT, Human Resources, and other stakeholders to: Build and assess business cases. Establish and track project budgets. Define project metrics and expected outcomes. Prepare technical and project documentation. Coordinate testing and validation activities. Manage quality, regulatory, and security requirements.
• Support continuous improvement projects across clients, sites, and business processes.
• Develop practical tools, templates, and working methods for project execution.
• Train project participants and business partners on PMO tools and processes.
• Ensure project activities support business priorities, ethical standards, and compliance requirements.
