Job summary

Insight Global Consulting is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of multiple programs supporting Google operations. You will mobilize, launch, stabilize, and continuously improve services across facilities, infrastructure and technical operations.

The role requires executive communication, strong governance, and a proven ability to navigate ambiguity while delivering auditable results in a high-pressure environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program or operational leadership with cross-functional scopes.
• 5+ years leading operational teams in 24x7/high-availability/incident-driven environments.
• Experience standing up or transforming operational services, managed services, or similar delivery functions.
• Strong program management across planning, risk, governance, delivery assurance, stakeholder alignment and change control.
• Executive-level written and verbal communication to translate complex challenges into risks, decisions, actions and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple programs supporting Google operations.
• Mobilize, launch, stabilize, and continuously improve operational services across multiple domains.
• Partner with facilities, infrastructure, and technical operations SMEs.
• Build KPI scorecards, service reviews, and executive reporting for governance.
• Drive continuous improvement with auditable documentation and clear accountabilities.
