Job summary

EFOR is seeking a PMO professional to lead portfolio tracking and governance for the Americas. You will deploy and embed the global PM framework locally, ensuring portfolio visibility and process adherence across all projects.

Based in the Americas, you will drive adoption of PM tools, mentor project managers, and collaborate with the Business Development and Delivery teams to improve delivery and reporting standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager or in PMO/support roles.
• Experience in consulting or professional services is a strong asset.
• Proven experience deploying or supporting PM processes and tools.
• Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives autonomously and lead change.
• Experience in portfolio reporting and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio tracking and performance reporting for the Americas region.
• Contribute to group portfolio reporting and KPI framework.
• Deploy and embed PM delivery processes across the Americas region.
• Drive adoption of PM Platform tools locally.
• Ensure all project managers follow standardized processes from initiation to closure.
• Support bid process compliance and tool usage across the region.
• Collaborate with PMO team to co-design and roll out new methodologies.
