Job summary

HARTING Americas is seeking a Head of PMO to lead the regional Project Management Office hub for the Americas. You will align the regional PMO with global standards, govern the regional project portfolio, and advise senior leadership on priorities, resources, and dependencies.

The role requires directing cross-functional teams and ensuring disciplined time tracking per GPMO guidelines. You will drive high-complexity projects such as capacity expansions, reinforce governance, and mentor regional

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
5+ years of Industrial Engineering experience.
Experience with classic and agile project management.
Familiarity with PMO tools and BI software.

Responsibilities

Develop the regional PMO strategy aligned with the Global CoE PMO strategy.
Record, evaluate, prioritize, and plan the regional project portfolio in coordination with the Regional Head.
Advise senior management on project portfolio management, prioritization, resource allocation, and project dependencies.
Lead cross-functional regional project teams and ensure time-tracking compliance with GPMO guidelines.
