You will lead the global MedTech CXM platform on Microsoft Dynamics, shaping the technical strategy and platform capabilities for AI-driven commercialization. You will partner with business and IT leaders, own the platform roadmap, ensure regulatory and cybersecurity standards, and drive cross-functional collaboration across Sales,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field.
• 7 years of IT/technology delivery experience in regulated environments.
• Experience translating business needs into technology roadmaps and budgets.
• Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of education platform transformation technology solutions.
• Translate priorities into a technology roadmap spanning 0–5 years.
• Act as trusted tech partner for site leadership and business stakeholders.
• Own demand management, prioritize capability gaps, and balance value, cost, risk, and resources.
• Develop and maintain site IT roadmaps and investment justification.
• Drive Agile delivery and ensure timely, compliant implementation.
