Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• 7 years of related IT experience required.
• Experience leading technology delivery in regulated environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into technology roadmaps and executable plans.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and cross-functional influence.
• Strong financial management and cost optimization capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and coordination of education platform transformation technology solutions.
• Translate priorities into a technology roadmap spanning 0–5 years.
• Serve as trusted technology partner for site leadership and stakeholders.
• Own identification, translation, prioritization, delivery, and lifecycle management of site technology demand.
• Ensure alignment of local solutions to standard enterprise product categories.
• Develop and maintain the site IT roadmap and business case development.
• Drive speed-to-value via Agile and iterative delivery practices.
• Communicate roadmap progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Manage external vendors and governance of partner performance.
• Oversee IT financial management and cost optimization.
