Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field.
• 7 years of related IT experience.
• Proven experience leading technology delivery in a regulated manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technology roadmaps, investment priorities, and executable plans.
• Experience partnering with senior business stakeholders and influencing across functions.
• Demonstrated strength in financial management: budgeting, cost optimization, and total cost of ownership.
• Experience managing complexity, multiple initiatives, and competing priorities in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to reach both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause analysis.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and tight deadlines.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams; direct people management preferred where reports exist.
• Experience with project management or Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and coordination of education platform transformation technology solutions with enterprise product teams and delivery partners.
• Translate priorities into a business-led technology roadmap (0–5 years) aligned with product and business strategies.
• Serve as trusted technology partner for site leadership and key stakeholders across medtech businesses and technology teams.
• Own identification, translation, prioritization, delivery, and lifecycle management of site technology demand and capabilities.
• Ensure local technology solutions align to enterprise product categories and drive standardization across ecosystems.
• Develop and maintain site IT roadmap and investment justification with business and finance stakeholders.
• Drive speed-to-value using Agile and iterative delivery practices where appropriate.
• Establish regular communications with site stakeholders on roadmap progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Coordinate with external vendors for resourcing, delivery quality, timelines, and governance.
• Oversee IT financial management, budgets, and year-over-year cost optimization.
