Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Technical Platform Owner – XR/VR to lead the education platform transformation for HCPs and employees in Raritan, NJ. You will bridge business needs with technology, owning end-to-end platform reliability and future product strategy while driving adoption and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 7 years IT experience in regulated environments or manufacturing.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into tech roadmaps.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and program leadership.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead education platform transformation technology solutions across enterprise teams.
• Translate priorities into a technology roadmap with 0–5 year horizons.
• Partner with site leadership and stakeholders to align digital topics and governance.
• Own identification, prioritization, delivery, and lifecycle of site tech capabilities.
• Ensure alignment to enterprise IT standards and scalable digital ecosystems.
• Develop site IT roadmaps and investment justifications with stakeholders.
• Drive value through Agile delivery and effective execution.
• Communicate roadmap progress, risks, and outcomes regularly.
• Manage vendor resourcing, delivery quality, and governance.
