Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering or product experience.
• 2+ years developing and using AI agents and orchestration platforms.
• Experience leading large-scale platform modernization.

Responsibilities

• Lead design-to-code across a MACH stack with Next.js, Contentstack, and APIs.
• Drive AI-enabled design-to-code, automated reviews, and test generation.
• Coordinate four to seven delivery squads and ensure quality gates.
• Partner with design and product to align AI with business outcomes.
