Responsibilities

• Lead planning and education platform transformation technology solutions, aligning with IT strategies.
• Translate priorities into a business-led tech roadmap spanning 0–5 years.
• Serve as the trusted tech partner for site leadership and stakeholders.
• Own demand management, gaps and opportunities balancing value, cost and risk.
• Ensure local tech solutions align to standard enterprise categories and scalable.
• Develop and maintain site IT roadmap and business-case partnerships.
• Drive speed-to-value with Agile and iterative delivery.
• Communicate roadmap progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Partner with external vendors for resourcing and governance.
• Own IT budgets and cost-optimization.
• Ensure incident management and reliability metrics improvement.
