Job summary

RXinsider LTD. in Huntsville seeks a Senior Manager, Procurement to lead global procurement strategy, governance, and execution. You will drive strategic sourcing, supplier relationships, and contract administration across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with financial and regulatory goals.

You will guide cross-functional teams, optimize total cost of ownership, and deliver sustainable savings while maintaining supply continuity and compliance with corporate policies across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or related field.
• 8+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, or category management with increasing leadership.
• 3+ years leading procurement professionals and cross-functional sourcing.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiation, inventory planning, and best practices.
• Experience with ERP systems, procurement software, Excel, and supplier analytics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global procurement and sourcing strategies aligned with objectives.
• Lead strategic sourcing across spend categories to optimize total cost and ensure supply continuity.
• Build and maintain strategic supplier partnerships via selection, contract negotiations, and reviews.
• Oversee contract administration to comply with policies, law, and regulations.
• Collaborate with Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Engineering, Finance, and Quality.
• Drive supplier performance improvements through KPIs, scorecards, and corrective actions.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks with sourcing strategies and contingency plans.
• Analyze procurement data and market trends to identify cost savings opportunities.
• Lead procurement transformation projects including ERP implementations and automation.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead procurement professionals with a culture of accountability and improvement.
