Job summary

RXO is seeking a Senior Logistics Engineer in Managed Transportation to craft marketable supply chain solutions for clients using rigorous data collection and analysis. You will identify initiatives to improve RXO client operations and drive efficiency within the account team.

You will lead demonstrations, implement configurations, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver cost-saving transportation improvements across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• 2 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, decision support systems/technology, transportation management, distribution, or procurement functional responsibilities.
• Experience data mining and generating simulations in Microsoft BI, Access, and Excel to identify and scope opportunities within the customer's supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of Supply Chain and Transportation Technology Solutions for Clients including demonstrations, implementation, hands-on configuration, testing and deployment support.
• Serve as SME for Transportation Management Systems and System Integrations with Clients and Business partners.
• Define and document functional requirements; support process design and organizational change.
