Qualifications

• Proven global leadership in integrated planning or cross‑enterprise roles.
• Ability to define long‑term strategy with disciplined execution.
• Experience navigating matrixed organizations and complex programs.
• Strong forecasting, scenario modelling, and performance management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the global integrated planning north star, aligning strategy, markets, and financial planning.
• Establish a globally consistent planning methodology with clear roles, governance, and timelines.
• Ensure alignment between long‑term strategy, annual cycles, and in‑year performance.
• Coordinate planning across Finance, Markets, and service lines; integrate demand and supply planning.
• Lead the platform transition to a new planning tool and drive adoption across the firm.
