Job summary

Control Risks is seeking a Security Project Manager to support a major client’s People Safety and Security Function. You will work with senior leadership to translate priorities into structured project plans, maintain timelines, and keep initiatives on track across global teams.

The role requires strong project management, with experience in corporate security settings and proven stakeholder communication. Hybrid work is supported, with emphasis on in-person collaboration with clients and teams.

Qualifications

• Strong project management capabilities and ability to translate priorities into structured plans.
• Experience supporting security operations or corporate security functions.
• Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support multiple People Safety and Security initiatives across service portfolios.
• Track priorities, timelines, dependencies, and resource needs with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, deliverables, and status updates.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and drive projects forward.
• Monitor risks, dependencies and roadblocks; escalate with recommended solutions.
• Produce regular project reporting and maintain visibility into program status and metrics.
• Support implementation of consistent project management practices and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve coordination and operational efficiency.
