Avalere Health is seeking a VP, Account Director to successfully lead key client accounts at a global pharma agency, providing strategic leadership, building senior-level relationships, and driving profitability and brand planning.

You will mentor agency teams, oversee annual brand planning, and collaborate with creative groups to deliver high-impact work. The role offers hybrid/remote options and a competitive salary between $150,000 and $180,000 per year.

Formación

• Deep knowledge of pharma/healthcare advertising and client needs.
• Digital marketing leadership across brand planning, budget, and execution.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and account teams.
• Strong senior-level client relationships and strategic partnership.
• Experience in new business initiatives including planning and pitches.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and field work.
