Lead integrated people strategies aligned to Global Tech & Product priorities, transformation, and growth.
Shape future workforce strategies across org design, location, AI, roles, and capabilities.
Build scalable talent systems that strengthen mobility, succession, development, and critical-role readiness.
Turn workfo rce data into actionable insights and better talent decisions.
Drive governance, operating rhythms, and planning to strengthen alignment and execution.
Advise and connect People Partners, COEs, and business leaders on complex initiatives from strategy to execution.
