The Enterprise People Technology team supports the successful deployment and adoption of new People technology across the enterprise. As a Fortune #1 company, our work impacts millions of associates globally. People Technology is one of the major segments of Walmart Global Tech’s Enterprise Business Services, which is invested in building a compact, robust organization that includes service operations and technology solutions for Finance, People, and the Associate Digital Experience.

What you'll do:

1. Lead innovation: Drive the development of scalable software solutions that enhance inventory management, improve forecasting accuracy, and streamline operations.
2. Empower teams: Mentor and develop high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.
3. Collaborate strategically: Work closely with stakeholders, engineers, and business leaders to ensure seamless implementation and alignment with business goals.
4. Enhance performance: Oversee the quality, scalability, and responsiveness of applications, ensuring they meet enterprise-grade standards.
5. Drive technological advancement: Evaluate and implement the latest innovations in cloud computing, edge computing, GenAI, and machine learning.
6. Lead with impact: Manage large, geographically distributed teams in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment.

What you'll bring:

1. Minimum of 8 years of total experience in technology with a minimum of 4 years in people management role.
2. Previous hands-on experience in Software Engineering.
3. Experience in systems design and architecture.
4. Experience leading large-scale, globally distributed teams in an agile environment.
5. Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural, and international environment.
7. Fluency in English.
