Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of large-scale technology programs aligned with business objectives and financial targets.
• Develop and manage program budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to ensure optimal delivery and ROI.
• Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders across multiple business units to influence and drive strategic initiatives.
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable technology strategies and oversee their implementation.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful program outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating operational processes and adopting best practices.
• Communicate clearly and concisely with crossfunctional teams to foster alignment and accountability.
