Job summary

Travelopia is seeking a People Services Specialist to deliver HR support across the USA, Canada, the Caribbean and Costa Rica. You’ll manage employee lifecycle admin, HR systems, and data, and partner with payroll to ensure accurate pay and benefits. This is a hybrid role with weekly Clearwater office attendance.

The ideal candidate has experience in People Services or HR administration, strong data accuracy, and comfort using HR systems and MS Office.

• Experience in People Services or HR administration, including exposure to the employee lifecycle.
• Strong attention to detail and high-quality data handling.
• Comfort using HR systems and managing confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee lifecycle administration, including offers, contracts, onboarding and offboarding.
• Be the People Services contact for USA, Canada, the Caribbean and Costa Rica.
• Ensure accuracy of data and HR records in systems and reports.
• Collaborate with payroll and reward teams to support accurate pay and benefits.
