Job summary

Tract Capital seeks a detail-oriented People Operations & Payroll Analyst to build a scalable employee experience and oversee payroll, HRIS, and compliance. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and external partners to improve processes and ensure accuracy.

The role requires 5+ years of HR and payroll experience, US payroll expertise, and strong attention to detail. Diployment through Deel for international staffing is included in duties, with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
• 5+ years of combined HR administration and payroll processing experience.
• Experience with US payroll and HRIS administration; Rippling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end US payroll administration through Rippling, including inputs, timekeeping, deductions, and reconciliations.
• Lead process automation and improvements across payroll, HRIS, compliance, immigration, and global HR operations.
