Valiantys is hiring a People Operations Specialist to support day-to-day People Operations processes across North America. You will manage HRIS, payroll, benefits, and leave administration, while working with the Senior People Operations Manager on governance and strategic initiatives.

The role emphasizes execution, data accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on delivering timely employee support and compliant payroll operations.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of People Operations processes and employee lifecycle administration.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now and HiBob is an asset.
• US Payroll familiarity with federal and state compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee data and HRIS records across the North America region.
• Support payroll input, validation, and reconciliation for US/Canada.
• Manage benefits and retirement administration, including life events and vendor coordination.
• Prepare recurring HR reports and assist governance, policy interpretation, and process design.
• Respond to routine employee questions and escalate complex issues to the Senior People Ops Manager.
• Support People Operations projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed.
