Mission Aviation Fellowship International seeks a People Services Manager to lead a new People and Culture function, owning three sub-functions: lifecycle management, policy management, and the PCMS cloud system. The role oversees ~850 staff across 31 units and 3 offices, including international mobility, and serves as business owner of the new cloud system.

Qualifications

• Experience leading People/HR service-delivery teams across multiple jurisdictions.
• Track record of managing a service delivery function with SLAs and continuous improvement.
• Strong knowledge of cloud HR systems and PCMS ownership, including data quality and vendor management.
• Experience implementing global People policy frameworks and multi-jurisdiction compliance.
• Process designer with a customer-first mindset and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of People professionals across three sub-functions, building a customer-centric, high-performance culture.
• Own PCMS service priorities, data quality and access controls with IT, vendor and partners through go-live.
• Manage employee lifecycle services for 31 units and 3 offices across contracts, onboarding, transitions, and records.
• Coordinate the People policy lifecycle from review to publication and implementation, standardising where possible.
• Champion digital self-service and automation to free staff for impact work.
• Turn clean data into insight to drive organisation-wide decisions.
