Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management or PMO experience across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Own the People workstream for market expansions from scoping to launch and handover.
• Translate expansion plans into roadmaps with milestones and owners.
• Coordinate delivery across Legal, Finance, People Ops, and external partners.
• Establish governance and operating rhythms for faster decisions and delivery.
• Track progress, risks, and interdependencies; escalate blockers early.
