Job summary

Legora AB is seeking a Partner Program Manager to design, launch, and refine the operational backbone of our rapidly expanding partner ecosystem. Working directly within our VP of Partnerships, you’ll convert high-level go-to-market strategies into actionable, turnkey frameworks for our tech, consulting, education, and cloud & AI alliances.

Your mission is to make partner collaboration frictionless, predictable, and tied to customer success.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Partner Program Management, Channel Operations, or Partner Ecosystem Development.
• Proven program builder experience at growth-stage or mid-market company.
• Execution + Strategy mix with ability to build processes and manage tools.
• Leadership potential and cross-functional influence to grow into a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the core partner program framework with clear tiering, governance, benefits and engagement rules.
• Connect strategic dots and drive day-to-day program execution from early-stage to enterprise-grade ecosystem.
• Own end-to-end program lifecycle: onboarding, portal operations, performance tracking, deal registration, and co-sell workflows.
• Scale into leadership with potential to move into formal partner leadership as the organization grows.
