Job summary

Walmart Connect International is seeking a People Partner to work with senior leaders across a fast-growing global advertising business. You will drive talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and leadership development at scale.

The role collaborates with leaders across Walmart Connect and Sam’s Club MAP to strengthen organizational capability and support international growth and transformation, with extensive exposure to high-impact talent initiatives.

Qualifications

• PHR or SPHR Human Resources Professional certification.
• Project Management Certification.
• Project management experience and supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to execute people and talent strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Drive organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
• Analyze people and business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support organizational change initiatives and enhance operational effectiveness across teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, employment regulations, and ethical standards.
