RWS Global in Orlando is seeking a Manager, Global People Partner to support our international workforce across time zones, handling global employment, onboarding, documentation and compliance.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years HR experience in global operations, and is organized, proactive, with the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate onboarding. This hands-on role sits in a fast-paced entertainment and live-events environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within an HR Generalist, HR Operations, People Operations, or similar role.
• Experience supporting employees across multiple countries or regions preferred.
• Experience coordinating onboarding, employment documentation, and other HR processes.
• Ability to recognize employment or compliance considerations and know when to seek specialized guidance.
• Experience in entertainment, live events, hospitality, cruise, production, or similar global workforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Global HR resource & compliance coordination across international operations.
• Identify country-specific employment and compliance considerations and escalate when local expertise is required.
• Research and identify internal and external resources including local HR partners and counsel.
• Gather information and coordinate with resources to determine requirements and next steps.
• Maintain organized records of global HR resources, contacts, and reference materials.
• Coordinate onboarding requirements across international locations and partner with internal teams.
• Maintain checklists and processes for recurring global HR activities.
• Build relationships with People Operations, Finance, Payroll, Legal, and Talent Acquisition.
