Job summary

RWS Global in Orlando seeks a Vice President, Talent Casting & Recruitment to lead global talent strategy and execution across live entertainment and events. You will oversee pipelines, relationships, leadership development and the operational infrastructure needed to support current and future business needs.

The role requires deep entertainment industry expertise, executive level leadership, strong financial acumen and the ability to travel domestically and internationally to support

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in talent casting or entertainment recruitment.
• Senior leadership experience across large-scale talent operations.
• Deep knowledge of the entertainment talent ecosystem across multiple disciplines.
• Proven ability to develop workforce strategies, lead complex operations and translate strategy into measurable results.
• Strong analytical capabilities and executive-level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning: Develop and lead a comprehensive global talent strategy aligned with current and future business needs.
• Leadership & Organizational Development: Lead, develop and hold accountable TCR Directors and senior leaders.
• Operational Excellence & Risk Management: Own the execution and delivery of casting and recruitment operations across TCR.
• Business & Financial Leadership: Manage casting and recruitment budgets, resource allocation and ROI analyses.
• Executive Reporting & Analytics: Establish KPIs and translate data into executive-ready reports.
• Industry Presence & Talent Ecosystem: Build a global network of agents, performers, and industry partners.
• Client & Cross-Functional Partnership: Serve as a trusted partner to clients and cross-functional teams.
• Quality, Innovation & Recruitment Marketing: Champion high standards and expand recruitment reach through partnerships.
