OPEN Health is seeking a commercially focused People Manager to join our People Team and support a fast-paced international business across the UK, US, and EU. You will lead complex employee relations cases across multiple jurisdictions and act as a trusted advisor to leaders.

You will partner across the employee lifecycle, working with recruitment, L&D and reward, while managing a high-volume caseload and delivering practical people solutions in a global environment.
