Job summary
Contentsquare is seeking a Global People Operations & Workday Governance Lead to sit at the intersection of People, Technology, Data and Transformation. You’ll own global governance, drive Workday strategy, lead cross-functional cycles and help unlock automation and AI.
You’ll shape our global People operating model, influence the Workday roadmap, strengthen data foundations and build a smarter, more automated People function across our teams.
Qualifications
- Experience in People Operations, HRIS, Workday, People Technology or a related field.
- Strong understanding of global People processes, data and governance.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects and stakeholders.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
- A strong interest in automation, AI and the future of People Technology.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and at senior level.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive global People governance across processes.
- Translate People needs into technical requirements; shape the Workday roadmap and backlog.
- Identify opportunities to simplify and automate People processes, including through AI and emerging technologies.
- Lead major People cycles and coordinate delivery across multiple People functions.
