Qualifications

• Experience in Workday governance and People Operations.
• Strong understanding of global People processes, data and governance.
• Ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
• Interest in automation, AI and future of People Technology.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Own global governance of People processes with senior leadership alignment.
• Escalate complex Workday, People Operations, and People Data matters as needed.
• Partner with Audit, Legal and Compliance to ensure strong controls and secure access to People data.
