Job summary

Aerogen Ltd. in Chicago area seeks a People Operations Intern for a 6-month contract to support the People & Organisational Development team. You will assist with data integrity, onboarding, and recruitment activities while collaborating across time zones and maintaining strict confidentiality.

Reporting to the P&OD Manager, you will help design processes, prepare dashboards, and contribute to global mobility and reporting projects, all within Aerogen's We Care culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR management, business management, organisational development, or related field.
• Strong data handling and confidentiality awareness.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide global people operations support to P&OD end-to-end tasks.
• Work with global teams across multiple time zones and assist with recruitment onboarding.
• Support policy/process design, reporting dashboards, and data integrity files.
• Assist with HRIS, global mobility, and involvement in strategy projects.
