Job summary

Aerogen is seeking a HR Coordinator Intern to support the People & OD team across our global operations. You will help with end-to-end HR tasks, data management, recruitment onboarding, and policy updates, interacting with managers and employees across regions.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR/Organisational studies and demonstrate digital literacy, strong communication, and stakeholder engagement skills in a collaborative, confidentiality-focused environment.

What is the role?

Reporting to the People & OD Manager, the HR Coordinator Intern will support the P&OD department's daily activities across the Aerogen global team.

What are the key responsibilities?

• Provide global people operations support to the P&OD dept - end to end completion of P&OD tasks and compliance to localised legislation and practices.
• Working with global teams across multiple time zones
• Assisting with international People processes and contributing to policy/process design, writing and updates
• Supporting global projects and Business Partners (e.g., HRIS, global mobility)
• Ownership of data integrity files, ensuring accurate capture of data and files are up to date and compliant.
• Support and assist P&OD team in their activities and responsibilities associated with recruitment and onboarding.
• Working with managers and employees to understand and interpret guidelines, procedures and policies.
• Act as a first contact for the people inbox for employee and candidate queries.
• Assist in preparation of reporting dashboards and metrics as required for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assisting with design work in relation to reports, presentation, posters etc.
• Use of digitization and AI tools to make process improvements and streamline work
• Involvement with P&OD team strategy and projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrate and promote Aerogen's ‘We Care’ culture through supportive interactions, employee-focused solutions and wellbeing-centred work practices.
• Ensure strict confidentiality in all matters including the safe storage of reports and records.
• Perform such other duties appropriate to the role as may be required from time to time.

What education and experience are required?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited University in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Organisational Development, or related field.
