Job summary

CoreWeave is hiring a People Operations Specialist to own the global People service queue and manage lifecycle transactions in Workday. You will triage requests from NA, EMEA, and APAC, resolve Tier 1 inquiries, and escalate complex items with full context to specialists across Payroll, Legal, and Total Rewards.

You will also maintain knowledge bases and templates to scale as the function grows. The role emphasizes high-volume, accurate data handling, asynchronous collaboration across time

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in People Operations or HR operations, multi-country is a plus.
• Experience working a ticket queue in ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Zendesk, or similar with SLA adherence.
• Working knowledge of HR fundamentals, country differences, and escalation thresholds.
• Workday HCM experience executing lifecycle transactions with accurate data.
• Able to translate policies into concise, useful responses and set expectations.

Responsibilities

• Triage and route global People service queue across NA, EMEA, and APAC within SLA.
• Resolve Tier 1 inquiries directly (policy questions, verifications, Workday navigation, leave/benefits basics).
• Escalate Tier 2 and country-specific matters with full context to SMEs (Payroll, Legal, etc.).
• Apply regional guidance to keep responses country-appropriate; avoid US-only defaults.
• Execute onboarding, offboarding, and data changes in Workday with audit trails.
• Coordinate with regional Payroll on pay-impacting requests and timely processing.
• Maintain and improve knowledge base articles and response templates.
• Train contractors and new teammates on queue operations and templates.
