Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of progressive experience in people analytics, workforce strategy, or related discipline with leadership responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead RevMed’s People Analytics function, including its mandate, service model, governance, and roadmap.
• Build a trusted workforce data foundation with source-of-truth models, data dictionaries, and quality controls across systems like Workday and Greenhouse.
• Enable and co-own integrated workforce planning by partnering with HR, IT/IS, Finance, and Talent Acquisition.
• Design executive decision products to improve workforce-capacity planning, hiring visibility, and organizational design.
• Lead prioritization decisions for a foundation-first roadmap, standardization, local adaptation, and retirement as needed.
• Build organizational and talent intelligence to identify health, leadership, risk, and engagement issues with privacy boundaries.
• Create a global-local data model and adoption approach preserving enterprise comparability and local configuration.
• Build analytics fluency across HR and leadership to translate insights into action.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing People Analytics team with scalable capacity.
