• Lead global People Operations through rapid growth and organizational change.
• Manage operations for 3,000–5,000+ employees across multiple countries.
• Build global operating model with governance, processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Build the global operating model in collaboration with HR leaders and partners for 3,000–5,000+ employees.
• Evolve the employee-service model with AI-enabled guidance and self-service.
• Own the employee administrative lifecycle including onboarding/offboarding and payroll coordination.
• Align global standards with local execution and enable regional teams.
• Enable regionalization and new-country readiness across NA, EU, JP/APAC.
• Sponsor HR service delivery and the HRSD platform.
• Drive process excellence and AI-forward operations.
• Own operational governance and controls.
• Measure demand, quality and leverage using data.
• Build and lead the team.
• Influence across HR and the enterprise.
