Job summary

Schellman is seeking a Global People Operations Senior Manager to lead HR operations across multiple regions, managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle with a focus on compliance and service quality. You will guide a distributed team and partner with Corporate Functions to enable scalable, global processes.

The role requires deep HR operations expertise, strong process discipline, and experience with Workday. A flexible, remote work arrangement is offered with annual travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR or People Operations experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday) and other global partners; certifications preferred.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of People Operations professionals across regions.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, People Technology, LEAD, Talent Management and business leaders to ensure seamless employee experience.
• Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes across multiple countries.
• Manage compliance with employment laws and regulatory requirements; partner with Legal on risk.
• Drive process optimization and data-driven HR initiatives.
• Own calendar management for payroll, holidays, and performance cycles.
