Job summary

Aerogen, a Galway-headquartered leader in aerosol drug delivery, invites applicants for an HR Graduate Intern in Chicago for a six-month contract. You will support the Americas HR team across people and organizational development functions, ensuring data integrity and assisting with recruitment and onboarding.

Work with global teams across time zones, contribute to policy design, and help prepare reporting dashboards. Embrace our We Care culture and maintain strict confidentiality in all duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Organisational Development, or related field.
• Digital literacy and comfort with HR systems.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide global people operations support to the P&OD dept – end to end tasks and compliance.
• Work with global teams across multiple time zones.
• Assist with international People processes and policy design.
• Support global projects (HRIS, global mobility) and data integrity.
• Assist recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Interpret guidelines and policies with managers and employees.
• Serve as first contact for employee and candidate queries.
• Prepare dashboards and metrics for stakeholders.
• Assist with report design for reports, posters, etc.
• Use digitization and AI tools to streamline processes.
• Contribute to P&OD strategy and continuous improvement.
• Promote Aerogen's 'We Care' culture through employee-focused solutions.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of reports and records.
