Aerogen Ltd. is hiring a People Graduate to support the People & Organisational Development team on a 6‑month contract from its Chicago office. You will work across time zones, help with recruitment, onboarding, and HRIS tasks, and contribute to data integrity and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide global people operations support to the P&OD dept in end-to-end tasks and ensure compliance with local legislation.
• Work with global teams across multiple time zones and support international HR processes.
• Assist with policy design, writing, updates and project work (HRIS, global mobility).
• Maintain data integrity files with up-to-date, compliant records and support recruitment/onboarding.
• Prepare dashboards and metrics for internal and external stakeholders; assist with report design.

What is the role?

Reporting to the People & OD Manager, the People Graduate will support the P&OD department's daily activities across the Aerogen global team.

What are the key responsibilities?

• Provide global people operations support to the P&OD dept - end to end completion of P&OD tasks and compliance to localised legislation and practices.
• Working with global teams across multiple time zones
• Assisting with international People processes and contributing to policy/process design, writing and updates
• Supporting global projects and Business Partners (e.g., HRIS, global mobility)
• Ownership of data integrity files, ensuring accurate capture of data and files are up to date and compliant.
• Support and assist P&OD team in their activities and responsibilities associated with recruitment and onboarding.
• Working with managers and employees to understand and interpret guidelines, procedures and policies.
• Act as a first contact for the people inbox for employee and candidate queries.
• Assist in preparation of reporting dashboards and metrics as required for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assisting with design work in relation to reports, presentation, posters etc.
• Use of digitization and AI tools to make process improvements and streamline work
• Involvement with P&OD team strategy and projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrate and promote Aerogen's ‘We Care’ culture through supportive interactions, employee-focused solutions and wellbeing-centred work practices.
• Ensure strict confidentiality in all matters including the safe storage of reports and records.
• Perform such other duties appropriate to the role as may be required from time to time.

What education and experience are required?

Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited University in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Organisational Development, or related field.

Salary Range for this position is estimated at $18.00-$20.00 USD per hour and will depend on the candidate's skills, qualification and experience. The company reserves the right to adjust this pay range at any time.
