Aerogen Ltd. is hiring a People Graduate to support the People & Organisational Development team on a 6‑month contract from its Chicago office. You will work across time zones, help with recruitment, onboarding, and HRIS tasks, and contribute to data integrity and reporting.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's or Master's degree in HRM, Business Management, Organisational Development, or related field.
• Digital literacy and comfort with People systems; strong data accuracy and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide global people operations support to the P&OD dept in end-to-end tasks and ensure compliance with local legislation.
• Work with global teams across multiple time zones and support international HR processes.
• Assist with policy design, writing, updates and project work (HRIS, global mobility).
• Maintain data integrity files with up-to-date, compliant records and support recruitment/onboarding.
• Prepare dashboards and metrics for internal and external stakeholders; assist with report design.
