Daniel J. Edelman Holdings seeks an EVP, Global People Operations Lead to drive the People Operations function across a multi-phase Workday HCM program.

You will own the people-side strategy, collaborate with CoEs and PMO, and lead the rollout of Talent and Advanced Compensation modules while ensuring data governance and employee experience excellence. Reporting to the Global Chief People Officer, this role oversees a global team, budget, and strategic partnerships with Finance, IT, and regional

Competenze

• 15+ years of progressive leadership across People/HR Operations, HR technology or related functions.
• Experience leading global teams in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Deep expertise in Workday HCM implementation, administration, and governance.

Mansioni

• Define and evolve the global People Operations strategy, roadmap and service delivery models.
• Lead a high-performing global People Operations team and foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Manage the operating budget with planning, forecasting and governance in partnership with Finance.
• Ensure globally consistent processes, standards, SLAs and governance with regional flexibility.
• Represent People priorities in Workday roadmap and partner with IT and Shared Operations.
