Edelman Smithfield is seeking an Executive VP, Global People Operations Lead to drive the strategy and execution of our People Operations globally. You will partner with Finance, IT and regional teams to design scalable processes, lead the Workday HCM roadmap, and enable an employee-centered experience across onboarding, development and performance cycles.

The role requires 15+ years of leadership in HR/People Operations, deep Workday expertise, and a track record of cross-functional influence

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership in global People/HR Operations.
• Deep expertise in Workday HCM implementations, governance and analytics.
• Experience applying automation and AI to improve operational effectiveness.

Responsabilités

• Define and evolve the global People Operations strategy and service models.
• Lead a high-performing global People Operations team and budget.
• Drive Workday optimization and multi‑phase implementation roadmap.
• Ensure data governance, privacy and security across People systems.
