Edelman is seeking an EVP, Global People Operations Lead to shape and run our global People Ops function. You will own Workday HCM strategy, partner with Finance, IT and PMO, and lead a multi-phase implementation across the enterprise, ensuring an employee-centered experience and data governance.
This role requires senior leadership, global perspective, and a commitment to inclusion and innovation. Based in NYC or Chicago with a hybrid model, you will build capabilities, drive service
Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience across People/HR Operations.
- Deep expertise in Workday HCM implementation, administration, governance.
- Experience leading global, matrixed organizations.
- Strong collaboration with Finance, IT, and other partners.
- Experience leveraging automation, AI, and emerging tech.
Responsabilités
- Define and evolve the global People Operations strategy, roadmap and service delivery.
- Lead and develop a high performing global People Operations team with accountability.
- Manage the People Operations operating budget with forecasting cadence.
- Partner with People CoEs, HR Talent Partners, IT and other stakeholders to ensure integrated processes.
