Job summary

Edelman seeks an EVP, Global People Operations Lead to drive the global People Operations function, including Workday HCM, across multiple regions. Reporting to the Global Chief People Officer with a dotted line to the Global Chief Technology & Shared Operations Officer, this leader will build a world-class team delivering a seamless, employee-centered experience.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership across People/HR Operations, HR Technology, HCM, Shared Services or related functions.
• Demonstrated experience designing, leading and evolving global People Operations and operating models.
• Deep expertise in Workday HCM implementation, administration, optimization, governance, enhancements, and business process management.
• Experience leveraging automation, AI, and analytics to improve operational effectiveness and employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the global People Operations strategy, roadmap, organizational design and service delivery models.
• Lead and develop a high-performing global People Operations team and culture of accountability.
• Manage operating budget in collaboration with Finance, including annual budgeting and forecasting.
• Partner with CoEs, HR Talent Partners, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure globally consistent processes and experience.
• Lead Workday roadmap, sequencing of future phases and new capabilities, and adoption support.
